Der XTX40 Octopus bietet die gleichen Funktionen und Leistungen wie die XTX40 zweite Stufe und beinhaltet Links / Rechts-Reversibilität. Der Octopus hat eine sichtbare gelbe Frontabdeckung und wird mit einem 90cm langen gelben Schlauch geliefert. Geeignet für Kaltwasser unter 10 °C.

Second stage

• DIVER CHANGEABLE EXHAUST
  Easy to change exhaust system to offer a choice between compact size or optimum bubble diversion.
• COMFOBITE
  Patented Comfobite mouthpiece reduces jaw fatigue. Secures the 2nd stage more comfortably.
• VENTURI LEVER
  Disrupts the airflow inside the 2nd stage to prevent accidental free flows  at the surface.
• PROGRESSIVE PURGE
  Allows for precise airflow control when purging or filling an SMB
• TRIVALENT CHROME PLATING
  Trivalent chrome uses less energy than traditional chrome and is kinder to the environment.
• REVERSIBLE SPINDLE
  Reversible second stage for either a left or right hand gas supply configuration.
